Free Profiles
Your free profile in the directory is your opportunity to showcase yourself to members of the community.
It's free to set up a blog, trick out your profile with some video, give people a compelling reason to visit your website and engage with you in your blog and forum posts.
Paid Profiles
Paid (or "Pro") agents get to also include a live feed from their real estate board listings (IDX feed) to showcase your active properties.
Any contact requests that you generate through your profile are 100% free to you, reguardless of whether you are a free or paid member of the site.
Any requests we get about a listing of yours will automatically be routed back to you, more chance to double end your deals.

Leads that we bill for
Contact requests that come from our main real estate section are considered our leads.
We refer these leads to partners which we select from the "PRO" agents on the local area site.
Upgrade to Pro
You will not be considered for referrals if you are not a pro member so upgrade today, at $249 per year so it's well worth it just for the search engine and advertising benefits, let alone a potencial new customer.
